Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be put on a fax, email or using the online booking form with details of :

  1. Passenger Name/Date
  2. Flight Number/Terminal
  3. Check in time/Arrival Time
  4. Drop off/Pick up address
  5. Details of payment

If a booking is being made for the same day, please telephone us as well as sending
a fax, e-mail or using the online booking form.

Cancellations are to be put in writing by way of fax or e-mail with at least 1 hours' notice of booking (2 hours at airport).
If less notice is given, the full price will be charged.

  1. No Pick Up's (N P U) will be charged at full price.
  2. Driver will meet passenger with a greetings board with their name and company on at pre-arranged meeting points.
    Passengers will be shown these pick up points whilst at the airport.
  3. If passenger is late by 15 minutes or more waiting time will be charged as per price list.
  4. Passengers are requested to carry our telephone numbers when travelling so they are able to inform
    us of any changes in their circumstances.
  5. Invoices will be sent out monthly by the 5th of the following month.  Payment is requested by return.
